On February 28th, our members enjoyed an evening exploring the brain and the subconscious mind with Dr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis who led a workshop on “Neuroscience: The secret behind high performing teams”. The event was hosted at the inspirational neoclassical building of the Swedish Institute at Athens.
Dr. Dimitriadis presented several facts and insights on how our future thinking will be cultivated by being more aware of our subconscious mind, while also engaging the participants to test their neural synchronization abilities. Team performance can be dramatically improved by recognizing that 95% of our decision making is done by the subconscious mind and team collaboration can be dramatically improved with neural synchronization.
Dr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis is a Professor of Practice at the University of York Europe Campus, Greece, where he leads the MSc in Neuromarketing. He is the co-founder of Neurogenesis, The Applied Neuroscience Club of Greece. Dr. Dimitriadis has scanned more than 8,500 brains from 25 countries globally for Neuromarketing, NeuroHR and academic purposes.
