Seasoned management consultant turned automotive commercial leader with 20 years of experience in European and Asian markets, with functional expertise in strategy, business transformation, marketing, and sales.
In early career, Jovana followed consultancy career development, from analyst to manager with full delivery responsibility including team, client relationship, delivery quality, and sales of new engagements. Functionally, she was introduced to and worked with different functional areas, focusing over the years on commercial and P&L top line elements, growing into a strategy expert with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, operational set-up and efficiency improvements across industries (e.g. Media, High-tech, Automotive), with a variety of clients in Nordics and Europe.
At Volvo Cars, Jovana became a true influencer of others and opinion leader, spearheading Volvo Cars commercial transformation, and contributing to the brand and commercial development that made the company into a leader in many areas, not least sustainability. She holds the position of Managing Director at Volvo Car Hellas since June 2024.
