Constitution of the New Board of Directors of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce
Athens, 9 May 2025
Following the annual General Assembly and the Elections for the appointment of a new Board of Directors of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, which took place on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the Residence of the Ambassador of Sweden in Greece, the elected members of the Board of Directors convened on May 8th, 2025, to form the Board into body.
The former President of the Chamber, Mrs. Ourania Patsiopoulou, prior to the commencement of the session on May 8th, congratulated and welcomed the new Members of the Board of Directors. During the meeting, in accordance with the Articles of Association regarding the Constitution of the new Board of Directors into body, six regular and three alternate members were appointed, as follows:
Regular Members:
Chairman: George Georgakopoulos, Managing Director Intrum Greece & Global Head of Servicing
A’ Vice-President: Ourania Patsiopoulou, Μanaging Director, SKF Hellas S.A.
B’ Vice-President: Jovana Jovic, Managing Director, Volvo Car Hellas

Member: Stavroula Arvanitaki, Managing Director, Combitrans Hellas M.E.P.E.
