George Georgakopoulos is BoD Chairman of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. He is the BoD Chairman & Managing Director lntrum Greece. He is Member of the Executive Management Team of Intrum Group.

He started his career in 1995 at Barclays Bank in London and held roles in retail, consumer banking and wealth management in the UK and France. In 2008, he joined Eurobank Romania (BancPost) where he took the CEO position in 2014. In 2016, he assumed the position of CEO at 4finance, a market leader in the field of Digital Lending in Europe. George was an Executive BoD Member of Piraeus Bank.

George is a graduate of Athens Law School, holder of an MBA (Glasgow) and has had extensive executive education at INSEAD, London Business School, IMD and the Joint Vienna Institute.

Seasoned management consultant turned automotive commercial leader with 20 years of experience in European and Asian markets, with functional expertise in strategy, business transformation, marketing, and sales.

In early career, Jovana followed consultancy career development, from analyst to manager with full delivery responsibility including team, client relationship, delivery quality, and sales of new engagements. Functionally, she was introduced to and worked with different functional areas, focusing over the years on commercial and P&L top line elements, growing into a strategy expert with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, operational set-up and efficiency improvements across industries (e.g. Media, High-tech, Automotive), with a variety of clients in Nordics and Europe.

At Volvo Cars, Jovana became a true influencer of others and opinion leader, spearheading Volvo Cars commercial transformation, and contributing to the brand and commercial development that made the company into a leader in many areas, not least sustainability. She holds the position of Managing Director at Volvo Car Hellas since June 2024.

Mrs Arvanitaki works in international transport since 1986 cooperating with major companies in the transport industry. On June 1990 she undertakes the establishment of Combitrans Hellas LTD, as subsidiary of Combitrans Sweden Groupage AB, initially in Athens where is the central office of the company and on October 1990, she establishes the branch office in Thessaloniki. At that period, Mrs Arvanitaki undertakes the position of office manager until March of 2011, when she has been assigned tasks of general management, which she executes until today. Combitrans Hellas specialises in international road haulage services for single consignments, as well as full and part loads. Company’s traffic systems are based on regular direct vehicle traffic with a high frequency of services and options for daily departures. Company’s market area is currently the whole of Europe, with particular focus on Scandinavian countries.

George Pappas is Chairman of BoD and Managing Director of Ericsson Hellas SA from May 2016, with responsibility to serve the Markets of Greece Cyprus and Malta.
Pappas has been in Ericsson from 1997, holding various leadership positions with international experience including Sales Director for Deutsche Telecom Accounts in Southeastern Europe, Vice President Broadband Networks, Region Mediteranean and Vice President Networks, Southeastern Europe. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree and a MBA, from Technological Education Institute Piraeus Greece and University of Piraeus Greece respectively. He has also been in numerous Leadership and Business Executive Trainings at Boston University, Kellogg Business School, National University of Athens.

Rania is the Sustainability Manager for Independent & Emerging Business Areas of the SKF Group. Responsible to develop the Commercializing Sustainability Strategies for the business areas of Marine, Aerospace, Magnetic Bearings, Seals and Lubrication Management globally. In addition, she is Managing Director of SKF Hellas, a subsidiary of SKF Group based in Athens.

She has been working for the SKF Group since 1994 in Goteborg, Sweden starting from the Automotive Division with various positions in communications, sales, and marketing management within the company.

Since 2019, Rania has been extensively active also as the President of the Board of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, which has been operating in Greece since 1991.

Rania is born and raised in the USA, where she studied International Business at Hofstra University in New York. Rania has extensive leadership experience from driving high performing teams and working with cross-functional teams internationally. She is also a mother of two children.
