Rania is the Sustainability Manager for Independent & Emerging Business Areas of the SKF Group. Responsible to develop the Commercializing Sustainability Strategies for the business areas of Marine, Aerospace, Magnetic Bearings, Seals and Lubrication Management globally. In addition, she is Managing Director of SKF Hellas, a subsidiary of SKF Group based in Athens.
She has been working for the SKF Group since 1994 in Goteborg, Sweden starting from the Automotive Division with various positions in communications, sales, and marketing management within the company.
Since 2019, Rania has been extensively active also as the President of the Board of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, which has been operating in Greece since 1991.
Rania is born and raised in the USA, where she studied International Business at Hofstra University in New York. Rania has extensive leadership experience from driving high performing teams and working with cross-functional teams internationally. She is also a mother of two children.
