We were delighted to welcome our members and new partners to the Annual Pita Celebration of the Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, hosted in the warm and welcoming setting of the Residence of the Ambassador of Sweden. The evening marked not only the beginning of a new year, but also a renewed momentum for the Chamber.
In his address, our Chairman George Georgakopoulos outlined our forward‑looking vision for 2026—strengthening the Chamber’s role as a platform for quality dialogue and cooperation between Greece and Sweden, with a full agenda that includes high profile business breakfasts with distinguished speakers, our annual Business Forum, and expanded opportunities for networking.
We were honored by the remarks of H.E. the Ambassador of Sweden, Mr. Hakan Emsgard, who highlighted the depth and future potential of the Greek–Swedish partnership. As he noted, “the relationship between Greece and Sweden is strong, evolving, and full of promise for the years ahead.”
